Bless the Lord, O my soul,
And all that is within me,
bless His holy name.

And forget none of His benefits.

"I can do all things through Christ...."

“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” – Phil 4:13.  “There hath no temptation taken you such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.” – 1 Cor. 10:13.  These two simple verses are two of my absolute favorites in the Bible.  These two verses assure us, as Christians, that no matter what this world throws our way, we can bear the burden.  It’s very easy for us, as humans, to be stressed and burdened by everyday troubles that we all face in our lives.  I often remind myself, when faced with trials and tribulations at work and in life, that no matter what kind of a mess I have found myself in, God always leaves me an out and will never give me more than I can handle.  God’s assurance to us is comforting and makes things that seem big to us, smaller in the grand scheme of things.  So as you encounter various burdens throughout your day and start to feel overwhelmed and suffocated, remember 1 Cor. 10:13 and Phil. 4:13., and know that God always provides an out if your willing to look.
